CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life can be hectic, so we offer a 10-minute grace period for tardiness. However, please be aware that exceeding this grace period will lead to the automatic cancellation of your appointment and a 100% no show fee charge. If you find yourself needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so within 24 hours. Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice will also result in a 100% service fee charge. Please note that retainers cannot be refunded for cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice. For future bookings, a new retainer will be required. If the payment method is removed or declined, you will be banned from booking at Allison Artistry until the fee is paid. Thank you.
